Having guests that are eating gluten free? Dinner is done, but what about dessert? Pastry chef Lisa will show you how to impress all guests with gluten free baking and no one will know it’s GF except you. This 2 hour lecture/demonstration class will include from scratch recipes featuring alternative flavorful flours, ingredient source guide and tasting samples. All classes include tastings, instructions and recipes!(contains nuts and dairy)
