The staff at the River Valley Mushroom Farm is the reason there is such a wide assortment of products available. The majority of the canned products found on the shelves were thought up, made, and packaged at the mushroom farm. Portabella Salsa, Key Lime Mango Salsa, Roasted Pineapple Salsa, Spinach Artichoke Dip and 5-Cheese Garlic Spread are just a few of the yummy food items you will find at the River Valley Mushroom Farm.

In 1976 Bill Rose and his son Eric founded the River Valley Ranch Mushroom farm in Burlington . While focused on producing the finest quality white button, cremini and portabella mushrooms, the farm also produced a variety of other crops and thrived on local farmers' market business. To this day, farmers' markets are still the life line of River Valley Mushroom Farm, they currently attend approximately 15 different farmers' markets in the Southeastern WI and Northeastern IL areas. The River Valley Ranch Mushroom Farm also provides fresh produce including mushrooms to many restaurants in the Burlington area.
